1. Scanners eligible for trade-in: POP 2, POP 3, POP 3 Plus, MINI, MINI 2, RANGE, RANGE 2, INSPIRE, MIRACO (Pro), MIRACO Plus, and MetroX.
2. Trade in other brands' scanners by contacting us at customer@revopoint3d.com with your product details. We'll evaluate its value and make an offer.
3. After you complete the trade-in form, we'll send you a discount code. Please use the code during checkout.
4. After ordering your new 3D scanner, we will contact you by email about packing and sending the old product. The return shipping fee for your old scanner will be included in the final price when ordering your new scanner. We will ship the new scanner within three working days after receiving the goods.
5. Discounts are based on the product's regular price. Multiple trade-in coupons cannot be used simultaneously to receive a higher discount on a new scanner, and coupons cannot be combined with other sales discounts.
6. You only need to return the scanner. Do not send us any accessories that came with your scanner.
7. The credit amount in GBP or EUR may vary slightly with exchange rates, ensuring your balance reflects current market value.
